Pup with a window attack and bark problem

We just got a sweet little Puggle named Cookie that has a big issue whenever anyone walks past the sliding glass door of our condominium. We're trying to get her to stop barking and throwing herself into the window blinds using an ultrasonic dog trainer or by yelling "NO!" However, none of that is working and she has propensity for taking down our blinds and destroying them in the process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to stop this behaviour!

Both of what you are doing is just making the problem worse. Maybe you could replace blinds with curtains that can't be seen though. Dogs barking at strangers is pretty much a normal dog thing. Only a few dogs won't do that. Most will. Try using positive reinforcement when he doesn't do it.
