I have a basset hound that suffers from arthritis and has to take meds for it daily and I was wondering if there was a massage I could give him. I googled it and surprising learned that you can gain a certificate in canine and equine massage. I am attending school now to get my associates degree in veterinary technology but have only been doing it for about 3 months. I'm definitely interested in this massage thing but I was wondering what would be a better route job wise? Is there a big enough demand for a canine massage therapist to only do that? Could I be a vet tech at a vet's office AND do massages?
