My father in laws has several Pits and Dogo Argentinos that he uses as boar hunting dogs.. they track the boar and then subdue/hold it until the hunter can get to it. How would you train a dog to learn these skills? Is there taining aids that you would use or would you need a professional trainer/hunting trainer of some sort to help you?
Hey Dylan, if I were you I would check out your local Trainers and Training facilities. Do your research, some are better than others, you definitely want a trainer with the specific hunting skills you're looking for.
