I\'ve researched a ton and am going to attempt a mixture of a higher grade dog food plus some home cooking. The question I can\'t seem to find an answer to, however, is how much protein or meat I need to feed them. Actually, it\'s more my one dog who has had these violent seizures a year or so apart.\r\n

\r\nCassie is healthy and weighs 50lbs. Her exercise is mainly running around the backyard and playing with her sister. She\'s being taken off a regular diet of Pedigree dog food. Treats have been mostly carrots, and that will continue.

\r\nOkay, so I bought some chicken to cook today and I\'ll be mixing that in with some vegetables using a recipe I got on the internet. But I just don\'t know how much I\'m supposed to give her. I got a 5lb package of thighs and there are 12 in the package.

\r\nCan someone please give me a guideline of what I should give her per day? I truly don\'t know; not a clue.<!-' + '- google_ad_section_end -' + '-><!-' + '- AMS FIRST IN POST -' + '->\r\n
