i want to buy a german shepherd !! but i have heard it has a problem that it cannot climb too much of stairs i have heard it creates problem in his legs !! i live in a big apartment which is at the 3rd floor and there is no lift !! so will it create a problem for the dog ??? and if it is not given enough exercise his rear legs show problem ???
I wouldn't get a GSD because of the deformed hips & legs bred into them by unthinking show breeders. You can find some that don't have this deformity bred into them but you must be careful. It's a tragedy how the show breeders have ruined such a magestic intellegent animal.

I would not have a German Shepherd in an apartment. This dog needs and wants to be outside more than inside.
