\r\nMy dog Noodles (yes i know funny name... dad named him) is about 7 years old. His mom was a purebred Pomeranian, his dad was.... we don\'t know. he is much bigger than a pom. He is 15in in at the shoulder, long haired but minus the undercoat. He seems to be dominant and, I swear, sometimes a little ADHD.
\r\n
\r\nMe and my husband didn\'t always have him. He originally belonged to my parents who lived on the other side of the country at the time. Because of the situation they were in they couldn\'t keep him. He hates strangers so when it came down to a humane shelter (that we didn\'t know was non euthanization or not), my husband and I adopted him. Sometimes he can be a bit out of control. The only thing he was successively trained on was kennel training and potty training. Though, we had to work with him to stop the "marking". I thought it odd because he never done that before, even with my parents moving 3 times since having him.
\r\n
\r\nI am hoping to start some good obedience training and work on some behavioral issues like jumping.
\r\nI might post a pic of him sometime. He is cute.

Talking hello CS & Noodles here

I am am new and just registered. I've been looking around for sites to help me train my dog Noodles and I think this one will be of the most help.

My dog Noodles (yes i know funny name... dad named him) is about 7 years old. His mom was a purebred Pomeranian, his dad was.... we don't know. he is much bigger than a pom. He is 15in in at the shoulder, long haired but minus the undercoat. He seems to be dominant and, I swear, sometimes a little ADHD.

Me and my husband didn't always have him. He originally belonged to my parents who lived on the other side of the country at the time. Because of the situation they were in they couldn't keep him. He hates strangers so when it came down to a humane shelter (that we didn't know was non euthanization or not), my husband and I adopted him. Sometimes he can be a bit out of control. The only thing he was successively trained on was kennel training and potty training. Though, we had to work with him to stop the "marking". I thought it odd because he never done that before, even with my parents moving 3 times since having him.

I am hoping to start some good obedience training and work on some behavioral issues like jumping.
I might post a pic of him sometime. He is cute.

So you might see me around with questions.
