Megan is very protective of the guinea pig and when Shadow (the guinea pig) is running around enjoying some exercise, Megan is never far away. There is a huge difference in size, but the guinea pig is the more assertive character.

My dog wanted attention but we were trying to ignore her and read. We didn\'t look at her. We focused hard on our books. Then she just put her head down on my friend\'s thigh and looked pitiful. And the other night, we got home around one and stayed up with our friends till about 3. She was horribly worried- couldn\'t stop pacing and staring at me. Really sweet.
