My little man came with the name Buster. His papers said "Scrapping Buster" he was a fighter. He had to fight for food, water, a place to sleep. When he came in my doggie door, and I later received his papers.. I changed his papered name to "Buster Keaton". No more fighting for anything, just a real fun dog to be with. He even shares his cookies with the cats. But he is still..... 10 foot tall and bullet proof. lol

My dog is a Maltese
The minute I saw her, the first thing I noticed was her large black eyes that looked just like buttons against her snowy coat. It's perfect for her.

Well, bandit is black with a white ring around his eyes, and he looked like a bandit. Jasper, well, kind of just suited her the best.

Prince was already named and I felt no reason to change it. Though since last spring he could also be called Prince Bearbane because he (only the size of a bear leg) scared away a bear in our yard twice in one day, first by barking inside the house, then the second time by merely looking at it through a window! Or Prince Shrewbane, he was so agressive hunting them that he ran out of shrews half way through winter.:D

I heard a lot of weird names, I'm always curious to wonder why they named their pets, so, what does the name. many people do not understand that.
