Hi I'm new to the forum. I don't own a dog but I foster through a rescue organization who take in strays and dogs slated to be euthanized by pounds. They have often never been in a house even the ones that are owner surrenders were usually at best severely neglected and at worst horribly abused. Having another group of people to pull ideas from when rehabilitating them is great.
