That answers that, then. I just always worry because if Animal Control takes away the pet, what happens to the pet? Dogs are killed everyday at the pounds. It's just so sad.

Sorry to sound so cold but we have suffered long enough with this barking issue, and if it does go that far where they take the dog...that is up to the owner to take care of the problem before it comes to that...not us. He even mentioned to the police about getting the vocal cord surgery on the dog (which there is no way he will do that)... He just tells them what they want to hear, but it's way past that now...hopefully the fines work..time will tell.
